If your issues are beyond my expertise or necessitate treatment with other professionals, referral options will be discussed with you
The average attendance in therapy is 8 sessions, but shorter or longer-term treatment can be accommodated.
You will be asked to do exercises : both inside the session and outside. These may include journal writing, communication exercises and role- play. Children will likely receive play therapy that is focused on their issues.
